We'll be kicking off around 9:00 am with light breakfast items and sign-up for vehicle inspections and door adjustments provided by Marc and Tom. Be sure to arrive early to get your name on the list as it's a first come, first serve basis.
We'll also be having a 50/50 raffle with a few select DeLorean related items and the top winner choosing a gift certificate to their DeLorean vendor of choice. Officer elections will also be held for President, Treasurer and Secretary positions (2 year terms). Please email the officers if you are interested in running.
Be sure to bring your own folding chairs! Also, remember to bring your name badge as we'll have many new members! If this is your first event as a member, you will receive a new name badge.
Lunch will be boxed lunches including a choice of deli sandwich or salad and chips and a cookie. Soda and bottled water will also be provided. Lunch options include:
- Paula’s Melt: Breaded chicken cutlet, ham, bacon, melted cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion and ranch dressing on a round roll
- Julia Child: Shredded turkey, ham, roast beef, swiss cheese, cole slaw, and thousand island dressing on a croissant.
- Caterina: Cappicola ham, mozzarella, roasted red peppers, lettuce, onion, and italian dressing on a round roll.
- Rachel’s Wrap (vegetarian): Roasted vegetables, mozzarella, ans balsamic in a wrap.
- Ceasar salad with Grilled Chicken (gluten free): Romaine lettuce, grape tomatos, red onion, parmesan cheese, and grilled chicken.
Lunch cost is $15 per person. Please email the officers if you have any dietary restrictions.
Following our tech day, we'll have our dinner 7 mins down the road at Pasta Grill. We'll have a pre-fixed menu served family style with soft drinks included. Cost is $40 per person. Kids 12 and under are $12.00. There is a $5 discount if selecting both lunch and dinner. Menu options include:
- Pasta with Vodka Sauce
- Chicken Marsala
- Veal Parmesan
Gluten-free pasta is also available. All entrees come with garden salad and grilled vegetables. Dessert includes an assortment of mini puff pastries, mini cheesecakes and mini cannolis. Please email the officers if you have any dietary restrictions
We have a max capacity of 50 attendees for dinner! So be sure to sign up in advance if you don't want to miss out!
Reservation Deadline: April 22
A group reservation has been made at the Hampton Inn for Friday May 6 and Saturday May 7. A limited number of rooms are available at the discounted rate of $149 + tax per night. The hotel is located 25 mins away from HMI Auto.
Attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel accommodations. To book a room, please contact the hotel directly at (973) 664-1050 and option 1 for reservations. Be sure to mention 'DeLorean Mid-Atlantic Club' with group code 'DMA' to get the discounted rate. Or book online (be sure check the arrival and departure dates selected). If you need to cancel, you can do so up to 48 hrs prior to arrival without any charges.
